We are looking for an Office Coordinator to lay the foundations to further grow our business.

The essence of the role

In this role you will be managing administrative tasks like: HR policies, payroll, invoicing and other general office operations. You will work closely with management to ensure things run smoothly so is a pleasant place for all its stakeholders.

As our new Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage Payroll (we work with SD Worx)
  • Manage invoicing (accounts receivable + accounts payable)
  • Create and update HR policies
  • Manage office supplies
  • Represent us at the welcome desk and perform other general office-related tasks.

Who are you?

You are digitally native and your answer on any new admin process is “there is an online tool for that!”. You like working in an international environment, are a great communicator and like to get things done!

In order to contribute in this role you have:

  • Have some experience from similar tasks
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English

Big plus!

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:

  • You are fluent in any other language
  • Background in a Tech company, preferably SaaS
